  • This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Fees and Payments

  • Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000, but does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful and wanton conduct, or damages caused by pets.
  • The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day (pool heating is optional).
  • If the home is equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year-round.
  • For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap applies as presented in your rental agreement.

Pool Heating and Weather Policy

  • Elite Weather Pool Heater Guarantee: From October 15-April 15, the pool's heat pump functions efficiently if the weather stays above 50°F, allowing the pool to reach a comfortable temperature of 85°F. If you wish to have the pool heated, please book this option. If, as your reservation date approaches, the temperatures are expected to be below 50°F, you may decide whether to keep the pool heat. Pool heat fees can be refunded if you are concerned about not being able to use the pool as intended.
